Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time certification. Our target for aca360.com is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we welcome direct feedback when something gets in the way.
1. Our commitment and target
ACA 360 LLC is committed to making the public Website at aca360.com accessible to the widest practical audience, regardless of disability, assistive technology, device, or input method.
Our accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
2. Conformance status
ACA 360 is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. We do not currently claim that every page and interaction has been independently audited or fully conforms without exception.
The Website includes modern and legacy page sections, a client-side affordability calculator, CMS-authored articles, and links to third-party services. We review these experiences as the Website changes and prioritize barriers that prevent access to information or completion of a task.
3. Measures we take
Current accessibility measures include:
- a consistent navigation structure and semantic page landmarks;
- a “Skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users;
- keyboard-operable navigation, menus, forms, and calculator controls;
- visible focus indicators and logical focus order;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative images;
- associated labels and instructions for form controls;
- responsive layouts that support mobile use and browser zoom;
- color and contrast choices designed for readability;
- reduced-motion treatment when a device requests it;
- descriptive page titles, headings, and link text; and
- accessibility checks as part of ongoing development and content review.
4. Compatibility and technology
The Website is designed for current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and for use with keyboard navigation, screen magnification, speech input, and common screen-reader/browser combinations. Older or unsupported browsers may not present every feature optimally.
Accessibility depends on the interaction of your browser, operating system, assistive technology, and the Website. The Website relies on HTML, CSS, SVG, WAI-ARIA where appropriate, and JavaScript for interactive features such as navigation and the affordability calculator.
5. Assessment approach
ACA 360 currently assesses the Website through internal self-evaluation, automated checks, source and rendered-HTML validation, responsive review, and keyboard-focused testing of core routes and controls. We plan to repeat review as templates, articles, and interactive features change.
Automated tools can identify only some accessibility issues. Feedback from people using assistive technology is an important part of our improvement process.
6. Known limitations
- Third-party destinations: LinkedIn, Google services, and a visitor’s email application are outside ACA 360’s control and may have different accessibility support.
- Email-based actions: contact and referral links open the email application configured on the visitor’s device. If that workflow is not accessible or no email application is configured, call us and we will provide an alternative.
- Ongoing content review: older page sections and newly published CMS content may not yet have been independently tested with every assistive-technology combination.
If any limitation prevents you from obtaining information or completing a task, contact us. We will provide the information or service through a reasonable alternative method.
7. Feedback and assistance
We welcome reports about accessibility barriers. Please identify the page or feature, describe what happened, and—if you are comfortable doing so—tell us the browser, device, and assistive technology involved. Do not include sensitive personal information.
